Very professional, empathetic, and willing to listen and try to develop a plan to deal with the root of the problem vs throwing medicine at you. Good experiences every visit.

Dr. Gebre is great: she listens to me intently and offers solutions that fit my particular situation. When one solution didn't work, she offered other solutions that might fit my needs. She even offered to contact the Boston Scientific rep to set up a reprogram of my spinal cord stimulator at my next appointment.

The staff is always super nice and professional. The new location is really modern. There are always a lot of people waiting, but I have not once yet had to wait past my appointment time to be called back. Seems to be a well run operation.

Doctor answer all my questions. I can feel that he really cares about his patience , Everything went well , I am excited about that.

Dr. Hameed is the best. I like that she listens to you and takes the time to explain a course of treatment. I have gone in and could barely move because of pain and every time she treated me and got me relatively pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Hameed.

Janel is a pleasure to have as my health provider I look forward to seeing her every month. I’ve seen several for my pain management she is the best. I appreciate her and not to leave anyone out the staff from check in to the ladies who take my vitals I feel very comfortable talking with them and making my next appointment. It was wonderful. I will always come back. The Doctor was fantastic because cuz she was right on for me.

I had my intake and received my MRI & x-ray referral. I also, scheduled for 2 pain treatments & 2 follow-ups. The staff was friendly & informative. They're located in the main building and in suite 3010 A. Treatments will be in 3010 B. More to come...

On site ofice staff that you can actually interact with are excellent. Since, Dr. Hameed has magical gentle hands for providing precise spinal injections, which allows me to forgo any general anesthesia. The only suggestion I do have is to reduce the number of spinal injection proceedures scheduled on any given day due the substantial uncertainty of how long each patient who do get sedation needs to recover from general anesthesia.

Dr. Gebre was informative, professional and kind.Giving me hope for an awful long period of constant pain without a lot of medication that have not been effective in the past. Pain is very debilitating and impacts the quality of my life greatly!

Dr. Jenelle Smith is wonderful!!! The best Dr., I have had there! She’s been treating me for thr past couple of years. She’s attentive, respectful, takes time to explained and has a great bedside manner ! It’s been my experience with the the staff to also. be friendly and professional. Both receptionist always greets you with a smile.and treat you with care and flexibility. Stefanie can keep you laughing, That all have good chemistry with helps the office rub smoothly! I’d recommend this off for pain relief with start above mentioned!

Staff awesome!!!

Everyone in the entire suite was so incredibly nice. The wonderful lady at the front desk was very kind as I checked in, and was so easy to work with to schedule my next appointments. I didn't wait long for my appointment, and Dr. A is crazy efficient. He's thorough and chill. I was given a back brace that I didn't even know I could receive, and it was covered by my insurance! And Dr. A was the one who suggested it. I wish I could remember the name of the lovely lady who showed me how to adjust the brace. She is just a treasure. All in all, my visit was pretty darn perfect. Thank you Dr. A and all the wonderful staff at Clearway!

Love this place all of the staff are amazing. The doctors care, they provide you excellent care, they take the time to listen to you and provide options, they do what they can to alleviate your pain, and I feel they go above and beyond for you. I've used other pain doctors in the area and Clearway is hands down the BEST!

When I go to the office of Clearway Pain Management in Waldorf. I’m seen quickly, professionally and respectfully. I’m listened too and all follow up needed is explained with kindness and care. None of my pain is dismissed. I love PA Janelle Shah! And the front desk ladies are always friendly and ready to help. Also the procedure center there is well managed too. Keeping you comfortable until procedure has been complete and care is provided safely and effectively. I give them a 5 star because they have provided good care over 7 years to me. I went today and again received quality care that has actually helped me to continue to work even after though chronic pain!

My visit today was great, the doctor listened to everything I had to say and answered all of my questions!

Janelle is amazing, she is straight forward and always on point with her injections, down to earth, she listens. I’ve seen a few providers with her and she is by far the best!

Dr Shah and her staff are always very helpful. She is very genuine and answers my concerns and is helping me get the right explanation of my constant back pain… I highly recommend Clearway Pain Management Waldorf

Janelle Shah, PA-C is Wonderful! She takes the time to know you and offer the best treatment. At my last visit I had decided not to take the next step in my treatment because the previous 3 didn’t work. Janelle told me that as my provider she couldn’t be satisfied as long as I was in pain and gave me another option that I wasn’t aware of. She is the Best!

Stephanie, Trish and Laura at the front desk are awesome! Always so kind and caring and they make visits great.
