Room was clean and comfortable. Having an on premises guest laundry was awesome. Everyone on staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It was the worst hotel that I had been in my life. The customer service was unprofessional. Employees without enough training to deal with risky situations. They were unable to deal with guests screaming and drinking next to my room.

The price was good for the location. The hotel was clean but could definitely use some updates. Was a little scared parking, looked like someone was living in the back parking lot.

Very CLEAN! Very professional and a fast check in. Breakfast was good and well managed. We will definitely be staying there again!

Positive: Location is around a lot of restaurants Negative: The room did not smell very good! The breakfast was very poor and limited to the same options everyday (cereal, bagel, banana) and we had to ask for refills all the time because it wasn¿t automatically refilled!

Positive: It was clean, convenient, and comfortable enough for a short stay. The pool is nice. The ceiling fan in our room was nice to help move the air around. I liked that the sink/vanity was outside the bathroom. Only 1 staff member but friendly. Negative: Free breakfast was lacking (needed fruit). The hotel was humid (better than outside, but noticeable). The bathroom vent had no way to turn it on, which only made the humidity issue in the room worse. Only 1 staff meant no one at desk at night.

They actually do not have truck parking. I do not feel the room was clean as it should’ve been. I did not get the style of room that was ordered. I had a real hard time getting out the next morning due to the size of my vehicle.

Very disgusting place to stay. Our room had roaches and the guy at the front told me to hush when I was telling him about the roaches in the room and the issues and how dirty the floors of the bathroom was. There was also a blood spot on the wall. And i was told someone will call me and was asked to leave.

The entire experience was horrible from the terrible parking to the rude/incompetent check in clerk. To the run down appearance of the hotel, lobby. To the elevator that felt and looked like it was a reject from the 70s. Our very expensive room was the worst part it was dirty, it was run down and there was an odor. The bed was worn out and very uncomfortable. The toilet barely flushed and the shower just dribbled out some water. There was a lounge chair in the room that was broken. They need to hire a private security company providing 24 hour armed security services. There were people pulling into the parking lot, a man would lean into the car and hand the driver a small package and the driver would hand the man cash.

My only issue was the outlets were not phone charger friendly. They outlets seemed loose like the charger was to heavy it to work properly

Never to stay again for sure … As I stated before, changing the room every 3 days due to COVIT is a very poor excuse, allowing people to take personal stuff from guest is not proper by any hotel standard. Poor customer service and not been helpful is not well seen by any guest

Hotel is in need of a serious power wash. Hotel at the location I stayed looked very dirty. My stay was not pleasant to say the least among other as I explained in the previous response when asked what I didnt like about my stay.

The location was great. The price was average for location. Our room was really clean. The rooms were fairly large. The staff on the other hand was rude. we had a family emergency and had to leave a day early- and the desk worker was rude and insensitive. Said “there’s nothing we can do for you and can’t give your money back” and we weren’t asking for it back, just letting them know we were leaving.

After searching hotel listings for what seemed like hours trying to find a cost effective and safe place for our small family to rest for the night we finally stumbled across the Comfort Inn - and I am so glad we did! The manager, Sam, was pleasant and checked me in right away. He even upgraded our room to a hot tub suite to make sure the first two days off I have had with my spouse in months was enjoyable! As we tried to enter the room the key was deactivated because I accidentally held it to my phone - Sam helped us into the room and even personally brought the replacements to us instead of making us have to drag our infant back downstairs! The room was clean, comfortable and everything was in working order. I really appreciate your efforts Sam and Staff!

That hotel was horrible. The bed was on a wood panel and just from sitting on one side of it, it collapsed. Call to manager to take a look at it before checking out. He said it was no problem because it just came off the track. Checked out everything was fine. Why did the manager called me a hour or more later to ask what am I going to do about the bed that was broken? Caught me by surprise because he can into the room before checking out, looked at the bed while Im standing there and said it wasnt broken but aware that it collapse often but can be put back in place, but now wants me to pay for it. I was eating breakfast when he called. Let from eating went back to the hotel for understanding. My friend and I went in to get some understanding and hes yelling and being permissive to my friend basically stating to shut up and hes not talking to her. She replied, you didnt have to hear either mouths if the call wasnt made hours after stating everything was ok and checking out with no problem. I do not recommend the stay for my worst enemy. He truly needs customers service etiquette.

Good hotel but due to personal issue had to vacate the room after arrival - 2 hours later.

No complaints. Here to address some points in other reviews. 1) noone at the hotel was rude. Everybody has off days. 2) there was no smell in the hotel except the smell from other guests. Everybody smells at some point, good or bad. 3) the hotel is not in a shady area. Lock your doors and youll be fine. As with anywhere. 4) if you want breakfast past an hour, go to a restaurant that offers it. There are plenty around. 5) the room was clean and not outdated.That being said, we would stay again. No issues, no complaints. People grow up and realize if you want things your way then just stay home.

The Bathroom was not clean at all so, looking like they just put a clean towel s, change the sheets... but they do not vacuuming the carpet and the toilet, shower and the floor was duty. The room was not disinfect. The place stinky humidity.

Looking for a Disney “Bug’s life” themed hotel? Tower of terror maybe? Look no further! We had 3 rooms each infested with bugs. They were in the bed sheets, in the skin, and got into our food for the park :( When called the front desk about the bugs they moved us to a new floor but.. you guess it, bugs in that room too. This room included a dead lizard on the floor too, for a touch of animal kingdom. A hotel employee inspected each of our rooms and confirmed the bug issue. When we talked to management their retribution was to refund our cleaning fee ($5 a night per room, but only one service during our 5 night stay). However, that fee was already waived due to our military service. It feels like management is giving us the run around now that we’ve checked out. The person we need is out to lunch, were put on hold for 10 minutes. Our most recent call ended with the employee saying you have the wrong hotel and hanging up on me. My theory is that they know they have a bug problem, they just don’t care. I’m no Karen but this experience has been horrible. I’d highly suggest paying for a nicer hotel, so you don’t have to check your sheets for bugs after a long day in the park.

It was okay. Our room was super super humid (the carpet was wet because it was so humid). The room also smells really weird, I thought it was maybe mold, idk. We wanted to check out early and get our money back for the unused days and they didn’t let us.Room is overall clean and the beds are nice.

The location is great but need some updates. The bed is comfortable, but the bathroom, drawers, tv needs to be updated.

This hotel is one of the more pricey hotels in the Kissimmee area and it is not worth it. The hotel is run down it looks old and feels old. There were cracks and mold everywhere. The elevator was terrifying in how outdated it is. Our room was a jacuzzi suite the jacuzzi is falling apart most of the jets didnt work and the jacuzzi is located in the suite so everything in the living space was wet after use. My wife was so concerned she wouldnt even come near it, and it leaks! There was a chair in our room which was broken. The service is horrible it took me almost an hour to check in and this is with having a registration and prepaid! I ran in an employee on the floor who I greeted, they did not return my greeting. When I said hello again they stated I am not required to talk with guest.

Short staff is one thing. However if you are owner or manager and you cut your front desk staff hours to benefit your personal business. Please be mindful it not the guest you need to take your tiredness on. Upon arrive two steps in door and was spoken to with disrespect and rudeness by this gentlemen. Clearly, This is not an Choice Hotel corporate ran site.

Would not recommend this hotel due to customer service. I notified the front desk that the hot tub in the room did not work and was told there was nothing they could do for me.

If I could give 0 stars I would! It was so dirty and out dated. The elevator alone looked like it was made in 1950! There was specs of idk what on the toilet and someone’s hair in the shower. I wiped it down and sprayed Lysol I looked it over! But when I pulled the bed sheets down- I first saw specks of dirt and then as I lay my 6 month old on the bed to change her I see what looks like a calcified wad of ear wax with a clump of hair twisted in it! I had not been there more than 1 hour. I packed up and went down stairs to show the front desk- great the manager was there - I showed him and said please id like to check out. Oh no I can get u another room. No I would like to Check out. Well apparently they had ALREADY charged my car the first hour I was there the full 3 nights stay! All $400 over priced dollars! Already! I have never heard of a hotel charging u when u get there for all ur nights! And then he told me he would charge me for that night! The paper said $114- but my bank statement said -393.99 and another charge of -$124!!!! Well I called my bank and disputed all of it! This was crazy gross and I went to stay at comfort suites in maingate east!

Sam, the manager maybe owner, is awful. I used my Choice Points to book my reservation. Plus they charge a $10 fee on all stays, just because, its not a resort doesnt offer any extras. Being part of Choice Program offers early check-in and a late check out, Sam said no to both, because of sold out rooms. I went out with friends and returned late, about 11:30pm to check in. There was no property gift, also part of the loyalty program, so I went up to my room. I was unwinding and was exhausted. I take the blanket off and flip back the sheets. The sheets have stains, and are dingy. Chocolate or blood, someone wiped there fingers on the edges, on both sides of the mattress. I called downstairs for about 20 minutes, no answer. I got dressed and went down. No one was there, I knocked on the employee doors, no one. I sat in the lobby called the front desk, no one. There was no ringing either. I sat and waited, maybe they were helping a guest. A couple fighting in lobby made me uncomfortable, so I went back to my room. Its now after 1am. I look at my reservation and there is a number, I call it and someone answers. I tell this person, about stained sheets, needing new sheets and I was going to tell Choice about this visit and ask for my points back. This random asks me if I used the room, I said no. He says okay, we don’t have any sheets and no other rooms, and there are plenty of other hotels to choose from--checkout. I am flabbergasted! Its already been a subpar stay, and now this random is telling me to leave and its after 1am in the morning! I hang up and this random comes to my room, and its Sam manager/owner from earlier yesterday! He continues to speak to me in elevated, irritated tones. I show him the stains as he continues to say Where?Where? He shrugs as if the stains dont mean anything to him. Also, this is post pandemic. Nothing. He leaves and gather my belongings and head downstairs. I received a return of my $10.00, but I also asked for a letter stating is a cancelation. He claimed not to know what I was talking about and was stomping and pacing telling me to leave. Later that day I called Choice to make a formal complaint, and ask for my points back. He beat me to it, providing his account of interaction, he said he was going to give back initial points used, plus bonus 5000 for inconvenience. Fine. A couple days goes by, no points added. It usually happens while your on the phone, and you see the added points. Turns out, Sam was suppose to send the points, and he never did. Choice goes through this process 2 more times with Sam because now he doesnt want to give me more than what I used. Long story short, the Escalation Department rectified the situation. Choice Privileges has many hotels that do not comply with their rewards program or sanitary standards or welcome criteria. This was just one of the most glaring. Also, Sam is awful.

The stay was nice except for the smoking in the hotel when it said non-smoking. Room was nice when we arrived but the whole time I was there never seen housekeeping are maybe i just missed them.Dont really know. The greeting could have been a little better but overall the stay was nice.

Positive: This hotel was expensive and disgusting. So disappointed I didn¿t buy the travel insurance. Would have canceled the second I got there. Negative: Room had body hairs all over the bathroom, beetle in the lobby and dead fly fell out of the air conditioner in the room. Weird stains on the title and walls.

Then the next day i had to be moved to a different room because of the ants took over my room. They moved me next door from 1715 to 1717 and the ants there.

My husband & I like goto Comfort Inns, this one in particular didnt seem to come close to our expectations as well as other customers who werent pleased either. Place needs to be updated, from day 1 we had issues w/being able to get access to our room. The cards were actually worned out,the lady from front desk gave us 2 cards but only one worked after several tries. We spoke to her & she went as to explain how to use them. We continued to have the sme issue.2 days prior to checking out we had to leave our door unlocked to be able to go downstairs & get things from our vehicle. When The girl from the front desk seen that we were having issues w/our cards ,from the cameras in the office she had to come up to our floor to open the door to our room w/her master key opened our room & returned downstairs,but we were left w/non functional cards of which was a problem. We told her we needed to go get things from our vehicle, was we to leave our door opened? What was we supposed to do if we had to go out, ask her to come & open it for us everytime. It bcame irritating & an inconvinience.She assured us that she would watch from the office cameras,for us to go do what we needed to. What good would that have done. I was also upset for the downstairs back door was always opened, a rock was being used to keep it open. It wasnt only a danger to the customers but also to the young lady @ the front desk. I mentioned it to her & out of concern told her to please be safe. In terms of our room, it was very humid & rug was damp, I looked @ my socks & they were wet & dirty from the rug as well as my husbands. Finally we asked for the girl @ the front desk to PLEASE let the owner know about the key cards not working,she repliedI will let him know AS SOON AS HE GETS IN I mentioned that we get up early & it will not be a bother for we needed to leave early. Didnt get no one to come up or call our room to address the issue till we had to call again @ approx a little after 9am, he( the owner) seemed to be irritated when he came up & walked away when I was trying to ask him a question. Again we have always done Comfort Inns & this one was certainly not like the others we had been to. It is stressful when u try to be mature & speak to others w/respect but they seen to brush off their shoulders what you ask help for. Tisk tisk.

We stayed at this Comfort Inn for one night... quick trip to Disney Mickeys Halloween Party. We were greeted with a smile and were accommodated with a bottom floor room that we requested when we arrived. The beds were super comfortable and the room had all of the necessities. It was nothing fancy, but in a good location, close to Disney and clean. I cant comment on the breakfast because we were too tired to get up and missed it. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Rooms were dated but clean...which is good enough for me. The only reason gave 3 stars is because the parking lot was not accessible since it was being repaved. We were not notified of that and we didnt arrive until almost midnight. Being a mom and 12 year old daughter checking in and having to walk across a dark empty parking lot it brought the score down for me. The night clerk/manager did come out to make sure we were ok walking in.

No, no, no, no. Do not stay here. One look at this place when I pulled in should have been my clue to turn around an leave. I regret not doing that. Overall condition of building, lobby, elevator, rooms, etc. Is just awful. Rooms reak of mold or mildew. To add insult to injury the internet service was spotty and slow. Avoid this place, regardless of price, you can do way better in the area and feel much safer and with clean amenities.

Very disappointed. I have stayed at this hotel in the past. This was the worst experience. I booked room a couple weeks in advance and asked for a room not on 1st floor when I checked in I was told that was the only room available. Also room didnt have a full set of towels wasnt very clean. I have pictures. Also I used points to book for room and when I checked in I got charged $20.00 because apparently the hotel has a fee. Like I said I have stayed here before with points and never got charged.

We only stayed 1 night as we were waiting on our Disney stay to start. The price was good considering we were in a resort town. Not to far from Disney property. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was close to restraunts, and not far from a publix. We only had pastries for the breakfast, they were ok. The room was nice sized, beds werent great but after driving for 20 hours it was what we needed. If we get into town early again, I would stay here.

This is a pretty average Comfort Inn. Nothing exactly astounding. The parking lot is really small and the back entrance, which is supposed to be locked, is not. You do not need a card key to access the hotel. Our room was clean but even with the air conditioner being on the coldest setting, the room never reached a true cool temperature. We needed the room after being at Disney for a party and got up early the next day to go back so we were fine with it but if I was staying for longer, the temperature would not be okay.

If i could give 0 I would have. I booked this hotel through priceline. I was flying all the way from Phoenix and had a late night flight and wouldnt get in till 1 AM. I am traveling alone as I am a traveling nurse. I got to the hotel about 3AM to find they had a sign on their door stating that the front door was locked and closed due to covid. I called the number that it stated to call time and time again with no luck of reaching anyone. I banged on all the windows and doors and no one was present to let me in. I waited 1 hour and a half all alone at 3AM outside with no luck of getting in. When confronted for a refund, I was not given one due to the issue they had with me checking in at 3AM. NEVER EVER STAY HERE. If something goes wrong, they have no management around to help you.

My family and I had a great stay. The refrigerator was broken and the manager came and changed it out within minutes. We stayed there from Sunday until Friday no problems the staff was helpful with information about the parks. The housekeeping came everyday to see if we needed service. The breakfast was hot and area was cleaned by wait staff who was very pleasant and helpful.The only thing I would have to ask of them is to switch the breakfast menu up sometimes with scrambled eggs and bacon.

No one was at the front desk. Called the number the man said it would be best if we got lunch. Almost 2hours later we are met with a man with little to no customer service skills. Rude as if hes the one who waited over an hr to check in. So we went to the embassy instead. Just maybe you get what you pay for cause I will never come back.

Avoid this hotel. I have several complaints, but I’ll address only two. The management and staff leaves the hotel after 9pm. They lock the front door, and no one is there for help or emergencies. I locked my key in the room at 1:00am; and ended up being locked out all night!!! No staff is there! Second complaint is the hotel stinks! There is to many hotels in the immediate area to deal with terribleManagement & staff

While the rooms were updated, clean and comfortable, dont expect much in way of service. There was no one at check-in and we had to call a number to get someone to come check us in. There was also an alarm going off while we were waiting for someone to show up. Someone else entered the lobby while we were waiting and informed us this happens several times a day. It is to be noted that we had to go through the lobby to get to and from our room and there was no one at the front desk any of the times we came and went.

We was charged an additional $80 because the owner claimed my mom and sister left black hair dye on the sheets and towels. They didnt even have dye in their hair. His staff dropped the ball, they didnt know what room those sheets came from and just guessed. Do not stay at this hotel, a complete rip off. He couldnt even send me photos of the evidence. He called literally 20mins once we checked out.

We stay at this hotel frequently for work. The rooms have always been clean and odor-free. The staff is helpful and kind. The rooms are reasonably equipped and the beds are comfortable. But perhaps my favorite feature is that the rooms have ceiling fans - something I really appreciate. The hotel is in a good location with lots of food options nearby, many within easy walking distance. Its a relatively easy drive to the theme parks and attractions as well, though traffic at peek times can be a bit of a headache.

The property was clean and we felt safe. We noticed that all the hotels on 192 seem older and rather run down and this is prob one of the better ones. There are some rather questionable motels all around it. The doors all open to interior halls. The staff was nice. There was a breakfast daily if you wanted to eat at the hotel. It was quiet and we were able to sleep. Overall we didn’t have any issues and they treated us well. Basically the top priority for us was clean and free of crime and this place was that.

Accepted us on short notice around 1am due to another hotel we reserved being extremely nasty and unpleasant. This room was very clean, beds super comfortable and management was amazing. Very nice guy. On trips we take to Florida in the future, this will definitely be where we stay each time

Room was clean but a bit musty. Double queen room was a bit tight. Comfy bed. No pests. Good stay for halfway decent price especially if you will be out touring mostly. Tight for days in. Nearly always a long wait for front desk service. Managers seem to give staff a hard time. Kept our concierge on phone for an extended time although she expressed she had a guest awaiting service. Dont expect 24 hour coffee availability at this location.

Our hotel room was not clean. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart and small pieces fell on you in the shower. The shower itself barely worked. Will not stay here again.

Check in was at 3pm, we arrived at 4:30pm and had to wait another 20min before it was ready. The front desk was very nice however and offered a later check out. The hotel in general is pretty run down and dirty, especially the elevator. We got the room with a jacuzzi and it was a just a little dirty but otherwise nice, roomy, and enjoyable. Only 15 min away from the parks. Like most other hotels, breakfast was not good.Overall, Id say its a decent place as long as you can get a nice deal for the room but I wouldnt say its worth more than $60 a night for a normal room and $70 for the jacuzzi room.

If it was possible to give this hotel zero stars I would have gladly done so. The service at this place was so deplorable, I dont know if words can capture. From the moment we entered the lobby, the manager saw fit to argue with us over the use of our Choice Card for payment. From there our experience got only worse. One day around lunch time, I tried to leave the hotel only to find the front doors locked. I had to leave out the back and walk all the way around to the front where my car was parked. The same was true when I returned with lunch. I had to use my room key to get into the back door while juggling the bags of food. This because there was no one on duty at the hotel! This wasnt 2:00 in the morning, this was the middle of the day! The next day after visiting Disneyworld, my wife and I walked into a lobby full of customers waiting for someone to help them. Again, hotel help was nowhere to be found. The morning we checked out, again we couldnt leave through the front door as there was no one on duty. We had to haul all of our luggage out the back door and around to the front of the hotel. As we were loading our car, the same manager from the first day drove up, parked his car, and got out to open the hotel. Absolutely ridiculous. He even had the nerve to act surprised, saying he would find out what happened, as if this was a rare event! Rather, it was the experience the entire time we stayed here. This is by far one of the worst experiences weve EVER had at a hotel. We wll NOT be returning! Stay far away from this dump.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and when I had an issue with billing the lady at the desk (Damary) fixed it right away with my bank and my money was back in my account within 20 minutes. She was also very nice with my hyper children haha. Our room was always clean. The breakfast could have been a little better but it was still good. The area is amazing with all different things to do for all ages. I will definitely book with this hotel again in the future.

This place was amazing. The owner of the hotel checked us in and he was so very helpful and pleasant. They were more than accommodating when I requested a late check out. They also were helpful with allowing us to print anything we needed for our business. We stayed in one of their king rooms on the 4th floor. They had luggage carts to help us bring our things in and that was a great help since we do not travel light. The room was very clean and HUGE with a sitting area and coffee table and a desk. We need two work stations for our computers to work at so this worked out great. I liked that the sink, microwave, and refrigerator were all together separate from the toilet and shower area. This way he could be showering or other and I could be doing my makeup etc. at the sink and mirror. We used our points to stay here but what ever the price it would have been worth it.

I stood there almost a week with my sister and kids and it was great. Nice breakfast. Nice pool. Nice room. Overall clean. I was thankful to find this last minute because we was suppose to be staying in the Orlando Metropolitan Resort more like motel, we checked in there and had to check out after 2 hours I should have read their reviews. The room was very nice! Well maintained with comfortable beds. Our neighbor had a meltdown at 5:00 a.m. and was up at 7:00 a.m. smoking pot. Its all good! People will be... Well people. I will definitely be staying here again.

The major benefits are the hotel is clean, comfortable bed, convenient location, and reasonable price.The staff arent friendly or enthusiastic to help or serve. The breakfast staff refused to replenish the food bar after 8:30; the front desk will not let you check out past 12 noon; they forgot to leave a note to extend my check out. The rooms and some areas of the hotel have dated decor and designs. The layout of the vanity and the bathroom are awkward and crammed.Overall, it was not a bad stay. Rooms were clean, quiet and seemed to be updated. Sink and vanity area was separate from toilet and shower making getting ready easy. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was the weak point, heavily bread based and was the same daily. Could use a little more variety. Overall would stay again if in the area.

Surprisingly clean and close to Disney! Got them on a deal with Priceline and it was a pleasant experience!

Nice hotel to stay in on a budget. Outdoor pool area was nice, although the washrooms could probably use a bit of work. Room was nice and clean, and the bed was soft. Check in staff was really friendly and pleasant, she even took time to talk to our kids while we loaded our trolly. TV was just over the air i believe.

Everyone on the hotel staff team were very nice & helpful. From the front desk to the breakfast attendant and maintenance crew, they all performed excellent and were very good at their jobs. I liked the breakfast options, the bed was comfy, cable TV and towels were good. 5 nights of a comfy and clean room. Id go back without hesitation. Very nice overall experience.

We got the 30% off fall special which made the price very reasonable. We ended up staying a second night and paid a higher rate which made the stay /value less pleasing. Although slightly worn looking, everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bedding was very nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. We would have liked to have a micowave and refrigerator. The hot breakfast was satisfying, except the preformed eggs were kind of rubbery. Overall it was a clean comfortable motel in a convenient location. We would stay again

My fiance and I signed in here and she was appalled to find bugs in her room. Little small bugs which we could not identify. Hoping it was not bed bugs. We checked out the same night that we checked in.

Only stayed here for one night as we were into/out of town quickly. Great little hotel - renovated with modern ammenities yet still has that old school charm. Staff was excellent on check-in - offered us free bottled waters. Room was clean and neat with everything we needed. Breakfast in the morning was well laid out and had many options. Would stay here again if in the area!

We did not make reservations and just walked in. Got a great price for this area in the summer. Room was clean, beds were soft. The hotel is back off the main road, so there wasnt much traffic noise. We werent as please with breakfast. It wasnt bad, just not great. Waffles were good. Pastries were stiff. Sausage didnt have a lot of flavor. They did have eggs, cereal, fruit and yogurt. We didnt try them. There was plenty to eat, and that wouldnt keep me from staying here again. Price and comfort are more important to me, so this is definitely one Ill stay at again.

I recently stayed in a king-whirlpool room for a weekend trip to Disney. As an annual pass holder Im always looking for efficient accommodations close to the parks. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. Its a small property, which I prefer...dont need to walk a mile back to your room after a long day. The room was very clean and the staff kept it that way throughout. The hotel is smoke free, which means the entire hotel smells clean! Towels were refreshed daily and beds were made, including a change of sheets. The whirlpool was great for tired legs after walking all day. The bed was also very comfy. The breakfast was the usual Choice Hotels fare (consistent): waffles, sausage, eggs, bagels, cereal, etc. and it was replenished so it didnt run out. Location is one of the best parts...close to everything Disney...as well as lots to eat nearby, Fridays, Chilis, Perkins, all nearby. This will be my new go-to hotel for my weekend trips :)

This was my first stay at this Comfort Inn and I was so pleased! The staff was professional and friendly; the breakfast area was well maintained and the hot breakfast was excellent. I also enjoyed the lemon water that was always available in the lobby ~ a nice touch. The bedding was perfect, so comfortable and with plenty of pillows both firm and soft!! And the continuous white noise of the fan from the air conditioner lulled us to sleep; we love that! There is plenty of parking and great place to eat within walking distance; and it is located close to Disney World and both the Braves and the Astros spring training complexes. This is my new place to stay when I visit Kissimmee!The only negative comment I have has nothing to do with the Comfort Inn or its staff. I was very disappointed with the coaches, parents and wrestlers who stayed at the inn and were very rude. They took over all the seating in the breakfast area at 6 am and didn’t move until 8 am, even though they were no longer eating breakfast. There was no room for other hotel guest to sit and enjoy their breakfast! These youngsters were also very loud and, perhaps, wrestling in the rooms well after 11 pm, which is unacceptable. I have added this comment in hopes that the coaches and/or parents read it and address the behavior of these young people for next year!

I’ve been in many Comfort Inns but this one is the worst. The guy who did my check in was very unprofessional and asked many times how many people will stay in the room. The elevator door doesn’t work properly and the hot breakfast is disgusting. I stayed 4 days and they served exactly the same. The lady that served the breakfast is also very rude. The breakfast is supposed to be served until 9:00 am but by 8:45 she is cleaning up and taking everything away even if you’re grabbing some milk or anything else. She just take it out of there. This hotel should not be called a Comfort Inn. The only nice employees are the housekeepers.

This Comfort Inn is one of the best Comfort Inns I have ever stayed at to date. I liked everything about this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, including the Front Desk Manager. She definitely needs to be recognized by management for her great work performance and reward her accordingly. They all were very professional and displayed outstanding customer service and everyone was polite and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Some of the rooms have whirlpools in them. The breakfast here was decent and Alberto consistently made sure everything was well stocked. He is an excellent employee and very hardworking. I hope management will recognize him for his great work and reward him accordingly.This property is located near IHOP and Perkins and you can walk to both places. There are lots of restaurants and stores close by. Everything was great here and I will definitely lodge here again.

Over all stay was great. Very comfortable beds, the room was clean, refrigerator was spotless. Staff was friendly. Anything you would need is within a 30 minute distance and that is to get to OLD TOWN. Only complaint. The day before the reservation, the amount for my stay was pulled from my CC. Upon check in , asked about this. They said it was to hold the room. I then had to pay for the room again and the hold will now go back on my CC. Not sure what this extra step is for, but beware you may pay twice while waiting on your refund...It has been 3 days since my check out and funds are not back on CC

There was a mix up with our reservations at another hotel so we ended up here. This is an older property in what seems like a sketchy area (although we had no security issues). The whole stay was very disappointing. The room could definetly have been cleaner. Especially the bathroom, shower and sink. The carpet is old and stained and had iron burns in a few places. The bed was comfortable. Much of the free breakfast was inedible. Especially the eggs and sausage. Safest option was the waffle. Trying to eat healthy was difficult since the fruit was not fresh and there was one flavor (peach) of yogurt.There is a tiny pool basically in the parking lot which we didnt use.There are definetly better options in the area. Even other Choice hotels. The rate we got was really cheap and having originally booked through hotels.com we were kind of at their mercy as far as finding a room to replace the reservation that was messed up. Otherwise we would have went elsewhere.

If you want to spend more money for less than World Class accommodations and service, this hotel is for you! We stayed here for an extended visit with our Grand Daughter and the housekeeping at this property was very poor at best! Most days not all items were refreshed in our room and one day the room was not refreshed/touched at all. The management wanted to move us around the hotel, which I rejected as this would have been the second move during our stay. Our first room had the view blocked by the front canopy. We were compensated 10% credit for the day that we had no service. While I am normally an understanding person the experience at the property will now leave me no choice but to shop for a different property to book for the two week intervals that I plan on traveling to this area twice yearly. Very poor reflection on Choice Hotels and service to a Choice Privilege member.

Not anything major but enough to make us look for another hotel option next time we visit the area. You can find rooms at several of the Disney resorts that end up being a much better value overall. When I called to make the reservation the lady working the front desk was friendly enough but didnt seem to know what to do. She ended up suggesting that I make the reservation online.....which is fine except that I think someone working the front desk should know how to make a reservation.The bathroom wasnt particularly clean when we got there but the main annoyance we had with the bathroom was that the faucet wouldnt stop leaking. As we only stayed two nights I understand that they didnt have time to fix it, but it seems like they might book us in a different room without leaking faucets. Lastly, the breakfast could use a little work. The area is a little too small and ends up being really crowded. That presents a problem with finding a seat and trying to work your way around people to get your breakfast. There werent very many things to choose from and the nothing had any flavor really. Once again, nothing major but just a few things that could be fixed easily to give guests a better experience.

Clean, comfortable hotel in a good location at a reasonable price (cash or points). I used points for this stay, and I was very happy. The location is good, the hotel is quiet. The front desk staffers were very helpful. The only issue I have was with breakfast: The eating area was too small for me to sit down and partake.

Although the hotel was close to the park relatively speaking there was no shuttle. The service was horrible. They have breakfast in the morning and apparently you can not use the table and chairs at any other time. We were unaware and ate dinner downstairs one night and the man at the front desk said “it’s only for breakfast, but finish and here is a towel and spray, clean when you are done” - WOW. The remote to the tv didn’t work, took it down to change batteries the back of remote was used to close with tape and hotel was super noisy. A/C sounds like a washing machine and walls are paper thin. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to save money just stay on Disney property or any other hotel or rent a house. That’s with paying $104 a night.

Arrived to check in at approx. 3:30 pm, front door locked and a sign instructing to call for check in. Called the number and received no answer. Then I called customer service and they reached out to the hotel to inform them that I needed to check in. They told me that the hotel would call me. This did not happen, I then called the hotel again and finally got an answer. The person then told me they would be right down. After 20 more minutes of waiting with no one arriving I attempted to call customer service again, at this point someone pulled up in their car and unlocked the doors and checked me in.

Avoid this hotel unless its you last choice. Attention to detail is not a concern when cleaning. Not sure what I found in a clean and folded towel in my room but it was disgusting. This hotel is exactly why I travel with cleaning items and extra towels and bedding, call me crazy and germaphobic but damn. Also they turned their hot tube into a garden.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Staff was nice. The breakfast was warm and kept stocked. Our room was cleaned every day. The beds and pillows are comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor right next to the elevator and the laundry room. We did not hear any noise from outside. I liked having the laundry room close. The A/C unit was a bit loud. The WiFi access was intermittent and sometimes slow. There was a leaky faucet in the tub which I notified about when we left. Close to parks and restaurants. The hotel grounds are well kept. Family of 4 with 2 children.

We stayed here 2 years ago and remembered how nice and friendly employees were.Person at front desk even remembered my husband. I had kept the business card and planned to stay if we got back to the area again. Very helpful.Gave us 1st floor room so we could be close to breakfast area-my husband likes that. Rooms comfortable and have refrigerator and microwave.Breakfast selection is great. My husband and I both very satisfied. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed here last year and just completed a 4 day stay. The first night was not good as the hotel was full and there was a lot of noise in the next room. However, the manager Damary got us a quieter room the first thing the next morning, and made the room switch very easy. Damary is fantastic at customer service, she is an asset to the hotel. The hotel is getting older, the room phone didnt work and there were a few other minor problems. It is located far enough off of Rt 192, so you dont hear traffic all night long. The breakfast is great, they have a make your own waffle machine, usually with two flavors. They have eggs, sausage, toast, pastry, cold cereal, apple juice, orange juice, and coffee. The only problem is that breakfast ends at 9:00, I wish it could be extended to 10:00. All of the employees were friendly. There are abandoned hotels next door, but I dont believe that the area is unsafe. Many of the local hotels have gone out of business since Disney built so many hotels on their property.

The hotel needs to have an update. It had a funky clean smell like it was trying to mask other odors. Our bathroom had a broken towel rack. The breakfast was not really very good. The waffle mix was extremely watered down. They ran out of syrup. They ran out of juice. Half of the toaster did not work. The breakfast quality was not good.

We chose this hotel because we were planing on going to Disney parks on multiple days. It was very convenient! The room was clean and well stocked with towels and soaps. It was really nice to have a refrigerator and microwave too. The room was quiet and the air conditioning worked well. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Ive stayed at a number of Choice Hotels in the last year. The breakfast at this one was the worst. Everything was either stale or old. The wait to make aa waffle was too long, we just skipped the breakfast and left. The door to our room stuck and required a shoulder bump to open. The room was adequate but the bathroom needed a good cleaning. I cannot recommend this Choice Hotel. Stay at another!

A great value for this price range! Clean, relatively modern, and comfortable. No real complaints with this property - would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Staff was friendly and responsive. Cant comment on breakfast since we didnt have time to try - had to get to Disney.

We stayed here for three nights while my husband, daughter and I were doing a mini trip, going to Disney World as were already from Florida. We had stayed at this hotel in the past and enjoyed it. This time not so much. So, I will list the pros and cons of our stay. Pros: The room was very clean and nice looking. Each day when we would come back from a long day at the Disney park, we would arrive back in a room that was clean and housekeeping replaced the towels. They were on top of that throughout the whole stay ;) The staff was very nice and check in was easy. And the best thing was when, thankfully, they held on to my daughters stuffed animal, that she had left tangled in the bed sheets, and gave it back to us when we asked for it. We had realized the day we checked out that the stuffed animal was missing, my daughter was so upset. We panicked and searched the room hi and low, thankfully my husband thought that most likely when the maid cleaned the room, they took the stuffed animal with them by accident when they cleaned the bedding. So at least it was washed, and they held on to it and didnt give it away yet. That was great :) Checking out was also easy too. It was quiet as well so that was a plus. Didnt have problem with noise.Now, the cons: the toilet, at least in our room was awful! We had to flush it twice each time to get it to flush properly. It was terrible and noisy also. The ac squeaked too which was annoying while we were sleeping. But other than that, it worked well as it made our room ice cold. So warning, you dont need to have it on really cool setting because the air gets the room freezing, lol. Also, the breakfast that they offer, didnt even get to try it as it starts at 6 am (who wakes up that early?) and it ends at 9 am. Sort of ridiculous, no offense. I mean some people sleep in till 8 or 9. I mean may I suggest nicely the manager/staff should consider having the breakfast go until at least 10 am. Another thing that really was upsetting was that the hotel put a charge on our card on top of the bill charge. They put through a hold because we checked in late the first night. I get that we checked in late, our fault I suppose, however its awful they ran such a high amount. It still hasnt been released back to our card. And I think thats wrong because the our bill is already processed so that hold should have been released back immediately. The reason we checked in late that night was because we went to Disney Studios and of course couldnt check in before we went to Disney, as it wasnt check in time. I think its not right we were penalized for that. So fair warning, check in on time, not late, you will be charged over a 100 bucks if you do. We learned that lesson :( All in all, though the hotel was pretty okay, we will never stay there again. Because of the hold they put on our card and more so because of the awful beds in the room! Another suggestion to the manager, please consider getting pillow top mattresses. Those beds in the room were very hard, uncomfortable, and hurt my back and sides for the entire time we stayed. Terrible to sleep in! Even with the padding, it was still not comfy.Bottom line, consider spending a little more money and stay somewhere else!

This hotel is a good bargain with a comfortable room and plenty of supplies. There was a refrigerator and small microwave. The breakfast is typical and well stocked, but the breakfast area was small for the number of people using it on the weekend. The hotel is very quiet for sleeping. The staff is friendly and efficient. The lobby area looks worn and the elevator is very slow, but things in general looked clean. It is located in the heart of the hotel and restaurant area, near the theme parks.

The hotel have many things to improve. The beds are great but they have to improve the overall experience. Our room was dirty (not acceptable at all), the breakfast machines wasnt on (so no hot breakfast) and the staff is not helpful. I pay more than other hotels and receive far less. I was extremely tired when I checked in and really mad when I left.

Great location for us while commuting to WDW and Universal Studios. Big, clean rooms and bathroom! We stayed here for a week and it was great for us. Staff wasnt overly helpful (in finding dinner places or helping us get cash to do laundry) but was professional and courteous nonetheless. Hotel was on a main highway but sat back off the road and was very quiet. We felt safe the whole time. Was a great hotel stay for us, would absolutely stay here again.

Not only abundance, but hard and soft pillows indicated with card on bed. Room quite spacious. Heating and cooling worked quietly. Proximity to tourist parks good, about 15 minute ride. Only phlegm is the dining area in breakfast room - half the seats necessary. Food restocked quickly and efficiently, nice variety of everything. Staff very pleasant and efficient. Hotel very clean.

We stayed here overnight. I was disappointed in hotel staffs (front desk) we stayed one night until we could check in for my daughters make a wish trip. Front desk women are not knowledgeable and not very friendly. My receipt was stuck under my door. So no need to check out at the front desk.. I was not aware nor told check out time. So when I awoke after driving 15 hrs. I had to rush to get my children dressed and all our bags loaded. Having a special needs child (this can be difficult) luckily I asked when check out was when I woke up or I would not have known. I had a half hour to get all of us together and out the door. I had also asked if we could have a different room if they had any available since my children can be loud and my special needs child has outburst. Our room was directly in the lobby and I didnt want to disrupt anyone. The woman at the front desk said she would check. But I was never notified either way. Overall I was not satisfied in the front desk staff. However the room was clean. We did not eat breakfast so not sure about that. It was close to local attractions. Only thing I would recommend is working on your staff.

I think the title speaks for itself. We have stayed regularly at Comfort Inn but after this I’m not sure if we will again.

We were staying for the July 4th weekend at another non chain hotel and upon checking in the realized we were given wrong room and had no other vacancies. I pulled right in to the comfort Inn and was welcomed with open arms at a reasonable price for the last minute accommodation. We were so grateful. Beds were clean and comfy, breakfast was decent and plenty of fresh fruit, yogurt and hard boiled eggs which were perfect for my Gluten free diet needs. Very happy and will stick to the chain hotels I know. No more mom and pop.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint we had about our stay was the hot breakfast. We arrived downstairs to have breakfast at about 7:30 am. There were no eggs or sausage available - the containers were completely empty. We waited about 20 minutes and the containers were not refilled in that period. The milk for the cereal was lukewarm. I would have eaten a bagel but all they had was poppy seed bagels and I hate poppy seeds. There are other better Comfort Inns in the area and we will make arrangements to stay at those over this one.

Hotel was ok, outside needs updating, pressure washing of building. Old smells in guest room. But, lobby clean and disinfected, high bleach smell.

We were pleasantly surprised that this hotel was so quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although the rooms are older they were clean and had every thing we needed. Beds were comfortable, their was a continuous fan on the air conditioner which helps with noise. The breakfast was adequate and it is close to Disney World.

The hotel over all was nice. We picked it because it was 100% smoke free, which is important to us. It was clean, the beds were soft and it was quiet. The staff was friendly, esp to our daughter who loves to talk. The only downside that I saw was the fact the the pool was a little on the green side, so we werent able to swim it in, which with a child, makes for a difficult time.

A few more park benches outside would have been nice,, otherwise, Likey, likey!!

We found the hotel staff friendly and responsive to our needs. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The bathroom fan was noisy. The ac unit was noisy and if it had been warmer outside we do not beleive that it would have cooled the room. The breakfast was adequate.

Coming from Charlotte NC to the Winter Haven area to visit family it was a good-days drive and we were ready to settle in for the night. Even though it was already getting dark we could see as we drove onto the premises that the Hotel was well-maintained and had that Florida Gardeners touch. It was a few minutes off I-4 but it was well worth the extra couple of minutes to enjoy such a clean quiet place. My wife and I are in our mid 50s, and also in our party was my mother who is 82 and does not mind sharing her opinion about anything. She raved about the Hotel which made my wife very happy for choosing this location, though we have stayed in many Comfort Inn / Comfort Suites over the years and always have a great experience. I would highly recommend this location especially since the price / value ratio was much better than we had expected for the middle of May. We slept in so we missed the complimentary breakfast, but as we checked out mid-morning, low and behold there was an IHOP adjacent to the Hotel and we walked there and the food and service were very good.

We travel a good bit, 10+ times a year. I own a firm bed, but the beds in our room were horrible. It felt like a 2 inch foam on top of a wooden slab! We could not sleep due to the uncomfort. The breakfast was minimal, but tastes ok in my opinion. Will not be returning. We only came here to begin with because out original hotel overbooked and put us here. Ugh We are hoping to have a good pool experience.

The beds were very comfort, the room clean but the shower needs to be clean better. The internet very very very bad using my own data after trying for a long period. The hallways and the elevator were very duty and need an upgrade. The breakfast area very very small not enough chairs and tables for the guests, the price of the room one night expensive one night cheap. Hard to find hotel no signs on the street only restaurant.

We stayed November 13th Evening desk lady. Was wonderful! She had a Russian accent. I forgot her name unfortunately but, she made the stay AMAZING! She was so warm and welcoming! She chatted me and my kids up. She was honestly the best part of the stay!The outside washroom by the pool locked me inside :O They both need a makeover and cleaning. The public washrooms in the hallway need some love as well but, not as much as those outside ones.

This hotel was in need to some attention to the breakfast provided. The daily egg patties and sausage were not appealing to the eye nor to the taste buds - Ive had these same items at other Choice Hotels, and they were prepared much better. The waffle iron was exceptionally hot and cooked the waffle to the point it was more like toast.Our room was clean but there was a burnt place on the carpet from a clothes iron.Its easy to miss this hotel - it is off the main road and behind the IHOP.Overall, the hotel was OK for the price, but without the changes, Id go somewhere else next time.

This is our third stay at this property including our honeymoon. The location is great for everything from SeaWorld , Disney, or Universal and it is really easy to get in and out of. On this stay we ran into some housekeeping issues that included a blood stained comforter on a bed. This was brought to the housekeeping staffs attention and they removed the comforter during their regular cleaning but never replaced it or the in room coffee and wash clothes in the bathroom. Possibly a just a bad day for the housekeeper but very frustrating as this meant multiple trips down to the lobby once getting back to our room late. The front desk staff took care of these issues without hesitation. The only other take away is the location offers an overall good breakfast with eggs, sausage, and a waffle machine. The breakfast area would move through quicker with a second waffle machine but we still had no problem finding seats on either day. This location has always been excellent and with some housekeeping tweaks could be there again but this time they fell a little short.

Lady behind the desk at night wasnt wearing a mask and was rude when checking in.Bathtub was dirty and there was only one towel for everyone I was with. The hallway also isnt air conditioned, so they get really hot.

The room was very nice. There was a king size bed, a couch, and chair. We also had a whirlpool bathtub which was nice.Breakfast was not the best. Hours were from 6-9. We went down at 8:00. The seating area was very small. There was no where to sit they were so busy. When we finally got a seat, the sausage links were raw/cold and tasted terrible. The eggs were not really scrambled, but in patty form and did not taste good. The hot water had coffee grounds in it, so couldnt use that for oatmeal. Waffles were good, but only one maker, so there was a line.

Excellent Hotel, very clean, nice staff. The breafast was a surprise as well. Everything very fesh with several options to choose from. The bed was the best feature. King size bed with clean sheets and blankets. The pillows were different in firmness allowing one to choose either firm or soft. Batroom very clean. The lighting in the room was good and the A/C performed very well. The Hotel was very quite unlike some of the others we have stayed in.

My room was clean and available when I arrived. The front desk lady was very welcoming and processed me quickly. The breakfast lady had the area clean and inviting. Returning each evening was always like coming home. Each individual I met did their best to make my stay comfortable.

Overall my stay was pleasant. The room was very clean and neat. My only complaint is this..... I missed my flight to Orlando and had to take a later flight. Well, I arrived at the hotel and checked in and went up to my room. A few minutes before midnight, I realized that I hadn’t eaten. I was very hungry. I went down to the front desk and asked the young lady that was working if they had any snacks available to purchase. She said no. I asked if there were any snack machines on any of the floors. She said that they only had drink machines. Well, I noticed that behind her was a basket with little bags of cookies in it. The little sign said “For Elite Members”. Even though I am not an Elite member, I asked her if there was any way that I could have a bag of cookies. I was very hungry and it was midnight. She said no. I asked if I could buy a bag from her. She said no. I pulled out a $5 bill and offered to pay her $5 for a bag. She said that they were for Elite member only and that I was not going to get any. Very rude! So, because I am not an Elite member, I am not worthy of a small bag of Famous Amous cookies. So, I went to bed hungry. So, if you plan on staying at this motel, make sure that you bring your own snacks in case you get hungry late at night.

Stay was great and could not have been better. We went to the House of Blues for one night stay and back to home for a Thanksgiving fest. Arrived and checked in quickly without any issue. Room was clean and very comfortable. Only issue I had was the shower which had mold on the roof which could be clean and painted very easily. For from that it was awesome for the buck....

The wifi was not very good. I didnt mind so much but the people that I was with were disappointed. The breakfast was okay. I wish the hours for breakfast were a little later. We stayed out late in Orlando for the nightlife and didnt want to get up by 8am for breakfast. If we didnt get there until 8:30am the food was dwindling down. Those are really the only complaints. The hotel was quiet, clean, and our room was spacious. We loved the two-person whirlpool tub. The staff was very nice when we asked them for anything at all and when we checked in/out. The pool is a little small but we were never down there when a ton of people were so it was fine. The pool was warm and very comfortable. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths. The shower head was a little annoying but we always had warm water so its hard to complain. Our beds and pillows were very comfortable. They were very clean and Im a very picky person about the bed and pillows. We also had a ton of pillows which was nice. Overall, our stay was great at this Comfort Inn!

Chose this hotel as it was close to the resort family members were staying at. We only spent one night so it was okay, but any longer stay would have been an issue as the bathtub area was rusty and seemed to be dirty so we opted to wait until our next destination to shower. The bed was comfortable and the sleeping area seemed to be clean enough. Overall, it was acceptable for the price and an overnight stay.

My family & i stayed at this location for a trip to disney. The room was clean but had not been completely cleaned it looked like, we found a previous guest Christmas candy in the night in the night stand & some the bath towels had red stains on them,not something you want to find when staying in a hotel. Breakfast was not bad. Overall the location was good near lots of shopping & restaurants & Disney.

The stay was okay.. No breakfast due to COVID which is a bummer but understandable. No room service again because of COVID. But pool situation.. should have been informed at the beginning. I tried to call but I got no answer even tho someone was on the chair. The guy saw my family with swimsuits and a towel and didn’t say nothing to us until we read the paper outside.. Just a big bummer tbh

This is not an updated hotel! You never know with a CHOICE hotel if it will be at the top of the brand or the bottom and this is one of the lower Comfort Inns I have stayed in - more of a quality inn standard. The room was odd - the bathtub was in the living area - guess for the Master Suite feel. There were stains on the carpet (spilled wine) and sheets.

We stayed at a moderate priced Disney hotel so the kids could get the full experience, then moved here for the last night. This hotel was so much better for the price and I wished we had stayed here the full time. The room was big and clean. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was the usual Choice selections. Its an easy and short drive to the Disney properties. When I come back to this area, I will be staying here again.

Hotel is in need of an update, but the room was clean and comfortable. For the first time when staying in a hotel we couldnt get a crib on the first night as they had run out so my son had to sleep on the floor. It surprised me that they dont have more cribs and that they couldnt borrow one from the comfort inn down the road. We were able to get a crib for the following 3 nights though and the manager at the hotel was lovely. Very friendly and accommodating.

I am a Diamond Choice member. I used my points to stay here and have done so before. I have stayed at other choice hotels nearby on my points. We stay in the area at hotels when lots of family gather and need more space for sleeping. While this facility does not have the pool amenities that others in the area do have (and I have stayed at several of the Choice hotels, and others, in the area), I do not need anything but generally nice accommodations and grab and go breakfast. But found this staff was the best of my experiences in the area. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Their current ownership/management, quality of staff, and facility maintenance exceeded my expectations for this stay. Only matter I had challenges with was the internet - spotty and slow at times.

The rooms were super clean. The beds were comfy. Beautifully clean and updated bathrooms. The lobby leaves more to be desired but the room is the important part. You open the door up on the the sink and counter tho, I thought that was weird but for a clean place that can def be overlooked.

Breakfast is dried overcooked eggs. They are not checking to replenish the items so make sure not to go down the last 30 minutes and if you get in late and you have little ones sleeping dont think you can take them up breakfast. Staff would rather food be thrown in the garbage (which I did) than feeding your child. First hotel I have gone to that wont allow you to take food up to your children.As for the hotel the are no bells or whistles here. Check-in was quick. Towels small and thin.

We had a booking error and placed in the comfort inn. At first I was skeptical because of the error made. However, when we arrived the service by the front desk clerk was pleasant and quick. There was plenty of parking and the lot was well lit for the area which I liked. The room was incredibly clean, modern, and spacious. We would most definitely recommend and stay at the comfort inn again.

A quiet affordable hotel just a short drive from Walt Disney World. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet includes hot foods. We will likely stay here again.

Dont stay here. Management will create reasons to charge you for damages that are unfounded. Rooms not cleaned daily. Wife used towels and dirtied them with water based hair color that washes out and management instead of washing them decided to charge my card $60 for 3 towels. The first day there they cleaned the room and picked up the towel she used and nothing was said, but after we left we were charged for damages for towels used daily. I spoke with manager and he refused to even wash them, told me if I wanted to, I could come back and get the towels. I had already left the state. I told him just wash the towels and he would see it washed out. My wife had some color on a washcloth and she washed it out in the sink. Would have washed the towels had we known we were going to be charged. The night before we left, I had to go request towels and washcloths because when we got in the room had not been cleaned. I told the front desk and not even a, Im sorry or an apology. Just beware and document everything before you leave so you wont be taken.

Overall experience was good. Staff was friendly. We didnt dine for breakfast as we had other plans. Did have coffee which was fine. Room was satisfactory. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. The water smell is purely Florida, sulfur. Yuck. Cant be helped.

This was our 1st stay at this Comfort Inn, it wont be our last !. The hotel staff was great, it was clean and well maintained. We reserved 3 rooms for our stay, all rooms were clean and neat, with no problems. We asked for early check-in, and when we arrived the rooms were ready. The only down side was the breakfast ends at 9:00, (a little to early) We missed it. Also there is no sign on the main road and the hotel sits way back so it can be hard to find. Overall our experience was excellent and we will return to this Comfort Inn

Nice hotel but you can tell it’s an older hotel that had a lot of repairs but they are doing a good job with it. Morning breakfast area was very small I believe eight or nine tables, the food was OK but like most hotels not the greatest. One of the very nice things they did at this hotel was new towels and your bed made every day. The staff was very friendly

Im not sure why this hotel doesnt have a full 5-star rating. I have stayed at many Choice Hotels in various locations over the years and this hotel was the best yet. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar had more choices than most. However, the BEST part was the very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. All went above and beyond to insure our stay was pleasant.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Comfort Inn in Kissimmee.The location provided convenient access to many restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions. The hotel is in great condition. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We especially liked that the entire hotel was non-smoking.The only shortfall to this hotel was the condition of the surrounding area. There are a few deserted motels on each side of the Comfort Inn, which may give off a bad first impression. Yet, it is nice that the hotel is situated further back off of the main road.

This is our second stay at this hotel and we will be back! The location is easy to find and is so close to the Disney parks and everything else in the area. The hotel is spotless clean, comfortable beds, and has the best breakfast around. The breakfast bar has hot waffles, eggs, sausage, and all the regular items so save yourself the $ and time and enjoy this extra. The staff is really great and the check in and outs are fast and friendly! Highly recommend!

Had a mostly positive experience at Comfort Inn Kissimmee. The hotel is situated far enough from busy Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway so that traffic noise is not an issue.Counter staff was pleasant. Did not receive a requested wake-up call one day and the morning counter person seemed to be genuinely apologetic.Location is convenient- close to Disney, with easy acces to I-4.Aside from breakfast, the hotel offers no food offerings. However, there is a Perkins restaurant within easy walking distance.I wonder if there is an official differentiation between Quality Inn facilites and Comfort Inn. I did not perceive any difference, in layout, room amenities, or breakfast between this Comfort and prior experience with Quality Inns.

Our stay was the best in this hotel. It is conveniently located to Disney World, Discovery Cove and Sea World within minutes. We walked to I Hop for supper and it is located close to Walmart and Souvenir shops. The room is spacious, clean, with a refrigerator, microwave, shower, tub, comfortable beds and pillows. We stayed on the third floor which is the same floor as the laundry room. The breakfast in the morning was great. The breakfast attendant kept everything clean and filled up. The front desk attendants were all exceptional. The price was right too. I recommend this hotel to anyone vacationing in Florida. We stayed 4 nights. I would stay there again on my next vacation to Florida!!!

Hotel stay was comfortable. The room had some trash from the previous people but was still clean. Desk was falling apart but again my main use was for shower and sleeping. Those quarters were perfect. Breakfast was a little cold but for the most part it was okay.

Rooms were clean and quiet however there was mould around the window. Had no housekeeping service on the Sunday of the week I stayed. Breakfast is a little tired and needs updating. Owners were very nice and helpful.

The outside looks nice, but once we arrived in our adjoining rooms the nightmare began! The carpets are old and look nasty! The shower head had not been cleaned in weeks, the tub had rust and marks all over it. The bed had hair all over the sheets, plus the comforter had an awful smell. We will not be back!

Everyone was really nice. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good, always warm. Housekeeping was excellent. The air conditioner was quiet. The room didnt have any smell. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Not far from the parks. Will definitely return.

Great hotel, nice location close to Disney Springs (Marketplace). This is the first time at this hotel and the room rate was better than expected. Did experience a large co*ckroach (palmetto bug) on the wall but hey this is Florida and after living here for 30 years you can expect to see these bugs even in the cleanest places. The management was notified and Im sure the problem was taken care of.

My wife and I happened by chance to go this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and the size of the room. The room had a ceiling fan and as a result, we were not bothered by the sound of the A/C cycling on and off.The front desk was very gracious and friendly.I would always return here when I am in the Orlando area. It is very close to Disney and on a road that has many restaurants and shops. The Krispy Kreme shop a few doors down was great also.

Really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and very quiet, staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool was small but clean and enjoyable, great breakfast selection, hotel is close to old town and other fun things to enjoy. I have no complaints about my 2 day stay we will stay here next time were in the area and I will recommend staying here to everyone I know.

The hotel is nice. Very clean. Friendly staff and service. It has everything in the surrounding area. Close to restaurants and shopping which is a plus because the hotel does not provide room service. However you can have food delivered there. It does provide hot breakfast which is a plus when traveling with kids. Overall, had a pleasant stay. I would book again.

This comfort Inn was a little further down 192 towards the older more ran down part of the strip. First impression was damaged by the surrounding run down buildings. Once you enter the hotel things change. The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. If you are a person that likes dark rooms at night I would suggest asking for a room on the lower level as the black out curtains in our room on the third floor only closed half way leaving the street light shinning right into our room over night. The whirlpooI king suite we had was clean and comfortable. I would also suggest getting down to the hot breakfast early enough to beat the rush as the breakfast area was a little cramped and the waffle maker was occupied long enough to say forget about the waffles. I would definitely stay there again especially if the rates were a little better because of location. Overall good experience!

This hotel is in a good location to visit the Disney Parks. The room was nice, with comfortable beds a clean bathroom with plenty of hot water and quiet. The wi-fi was easy to log into and uninterrupted. I found the staff to be very pleasant.

Very friendly staff, very clean & big room, spacious clean bathroom. Breakfast buffet had limited options but at least it had hot eggs & sausage & a waffle maker, it was good enough but could have more options of meat like ham & bacon & pancakes. Other than that location was good too, 5min drive to Old Town, ~10min drive to Parks, near lots of good restaurants too.I would definitely stay here again!!

One of our rooms had roaches and when we were moved to another room the a/c sounded like a diesel truck. The bathroom fans are also extremely noisy. Breakfast is ok but very small area and limited choices vs other comfort inns that are around the area. There is also only 1 elevator for the entire hotel.

The hotel was a little dated but very clean the rooms on the 4th floor need full black out curtains to block the street lights

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Nice comfy couch. T.V. small but clear picture. Nice breakfast. Hot scrambled eggs, waffles and sausage as well as boiled eggs, yougart, cereal. Array of danishes, bagels, muffins and bread. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend.

The hotel staff was super nice, the room was clean, bathroom had good towels & beds were very comfortable. The cleaning lady forgot to clean the coffee maker & leave more coffee for the next day.Breakfast was good.Ill be back soon!

Im a Choice Diamond member, I travel quite a bit personally and professionally. This is one of my favorite properties, Ive stayed there numerous times, reason being its in a Great location, Great staff ( Front Desk ;-) ) just a Great property thats treats me like Im a part of the family! So, if youre in the Disney area and need a hotel I definitely recommend this one! Two thumbs up, tell em Ken sent ya!

Positive: Bed was comfortable Negative: Dirty outside, dirty/dingy inside. Room stunk. Shower dirty. Advertised breakfast times. Breakfast not open.

I picked this hotel from the web site. The area had been hit hard from the economy downturn and many hotels in the area were closed or in poor shape. This one is a gem. The rooms were clean, comfortable, the staff was always there to help and offered help every time I asked. Site is a little difficult to find but the site sits off the road a little bit. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again if I return to the area. Every day the bed was made with clean sheets, there are plenty of food choices within walking distance. Plenty of gift shops within walking distance. I travel allot and this site is a solid A class hotel. Dont think twice about staying here....

We were on a road trip in a rented car- touring Florida- and chose this property in Kissimmee for a four day stay. We stayed 2 and left. It was rated higher than other Choice properties nearby- and we had been very happy with other locations in other towns.The basic problem was the room on the main floor. It smelled bad. Front desk could not change to another on the main floor, so we opened the window and door for half an hour. We thought that the cigarette and other smells would dissipate. No improvement. The window was cracked, the ceiling fan was filthy with grunge- even the cable choices were bad.I understand that people will smoke in the room against regulation- but after repeated attempts to air out the room- it still smelled. This should not have been rented. It needed serious cleanup and disinfection to remove the odour. Breakfast was not up to standard.

This is a very clean property and it is next to many restaurants and things to do.Rooms are clean and very comfortable.Any concerns are dealt with quickly and professionally.

The Comfort Inn in Kissimmee was truly a wonderful experience.My family and I enjoyed the friendly staff, clean room, breakfast buffet with hot & cold choices, and a well-lit parking lot. Some of my concerns for the hotel, not major concerns, would be to change the carpet in the hallway, fix the backdoor handle, fill the potholes at the entrance, and repaint the interior of the elevator.Great internet connection, great bedding, plenty of towels and washcloths, and a spacious room complete with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker.

I received a call from this hotel at 10pm at night asking for my arrival time. I had no idea I had a reservation. I notified the woman who called, who told me she would cancel my reservation-I apologized for the inconvenience & was genuinely confused. I received another call at 12:45 a.m. asking when I was arriving. This time from a gentleman. I explained to him that I had received a call earlier as well. He was very rude and condescending, asking me if I was a ghost who made reservations. After I apologized multiple times-he continued to do so and asked how it would be possible and went on & on. I politely apologized and when he continued on, he told me he would make a complaint to Choice about me and said he felt like he was talking to my ghost now. After multiple apologies from me I eventually had to be firm & hang up on him-as he would not leave me alone. All of this at a little before 1am. I am honestly dumbfounded by the rude & condescending phone call. I hope guests receive better dialog when they do stay here

Hotel was a little older, but is well maintained and updated. Quiet location with minimal traffic as it sits away from the road. Staff were all pleasant and helpful, lots of smiles and suggestions from them. Rooms were good size and clean, beds were comfy and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

My real issue was with the bathroom, especially the shower, where there was significant mold on the shower head and mold in the wall corners. This tells me that after cleaning there is no effort to dry anything, (a wipe by a towel perhaps?), which would have removed the moisture. There was a burned out bulb during our stay which indicates that no one is paying attention to the details and just hurrying through the task. Also, in the soda machine there was no bottled water for the entire stay and that meant I needed to get water elsewhere. Several people commented on this. Lastly, I had originally made the stay for 3 days then cancelled the final day. I did this online and that information never made it to the hotel or they just ignored it. It was never an issue and the staff took care of it. The internet was out when we arrived and so the room couldnt be given to us until it came back on. That wasnt an issue for me but the internet was slow during our stay and slower than other Choice hotels I have stayed at. Overall I wasnt satisfied with my stay and I know this is not typical of the Choice hotel brand. However, what was typical is that the bed was, as it is at all the Choice hotels I have stayed at, VERY comfortable.

The hotel has a urine smell and is on the dingy side. There are roaches, stains on comforters and seems to lack the required upkeep...overall not a comfortable stay. The staff are nice.

This hotel needs remodeling ASAP! The elevator is super small and people wrote all over it makes you second guess your stay how can they allow to leave it like that. The bathroom tub needs a good scrub take your Clorox and cleaning supplies next time ! The breakfast was a joke disgusting to say the least I went to breakfast at 8:30am it ends at 9am there was no waffle mix left the lady took the container out and literally squeezed what was left and then said all done that is NOT good customer service GOOD customer service is going and bringing some more waffle mix to myself and the rest of the guests who wanted some! Never staying here again !!!! Stay away !!!!!!

My husband stays at your hotels regularly on business, so when booking our family vacation I booked another hotel near by. After arriving at the other hotel and getting checked in we drove to where our room was. The parking lot was very dark (we arrived at night) and there was drunks hanging out in the parking lot, and a drug deal going on two cars down from us! We quickly walk up to the room, to a disappointing filthy room that smelled awful! I quickly called the booking agent to cancel the room. Called Choice Hotels to see if they could accommodate us with no prior notice. I was told to go to the hotel down the road, the Comfort Inn. We went down to the hotel, where the desk clerk was new and could not help us with booking using our points. So I sat in the lobby and called the 1800 number and the gentleman on the phone was so extremely helpful and was able to get us a room for the whole week! With no notice, I was so thankful that our vacation was finally getting back on track after a rough start. THANK YOU!!! When booking our vacation several months prior my husband said to me if it aint broke leave it alone as he always looks for your name when staying away from home. I replied lets do something different Did that ever go wrong! Your staff here is so helpful and friendly. It was so busy being the week of Christmas, but that didnt compromise the service we received. Again thank you for saving our vacation!!!

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean all the way! I didn’t give it a 4 star due to the quality of breakfast, and the customer service. The lady that helped me out rolled her eyes and acted like a bored teenager. But for the rooms I definetelly recommend!

I was shocked when I arrived and was told to park in back and Id have to climb stairs to 2nd floor. No elevator - these were exterior rooms along a walkway (not a good experience with a disabled child!) Since it was a Clarion Hotel & Suites I never even considered such a layout - I naturally expected interior rooms and an elevator. Furthermore, at breakfast, we were given 2 vouchers and breakfast was dished out by a server. When I mentioned that I had booked for 3 adults but only got 2 vouchers, I was told that there are only 2 per room, extras had to be purchased.Aside from these unpleasant surprises, the exterior walkways were nasty, the room was outdated and less than pristine (corners of bathroom were dirty and room had an odor). I will say that the beds were comfortable and Im glad I only had to stay 1 night. I will probably NEVER book a Clarion again!

From the time I step on this hotel, it screamed comfort and very welcoming and the sweet smell of the whole place and friendly staff and atmosphere. What I want to commend most is the comfortable bed and the cleanliness. The whole family slept like babies. The location is excellent as well, though its not next to the theme parks, it was next to everything else such as restaurants, stores ( walmart) and outlet stores, highways etc.. I highly recommend this hotel with two thumbs up.

I can’t say that I necessarily had a “bad” stay here, but there were many things that weren’t as they should have been. The actual location of the hotel looks much better in the pictures than it actually is; it’s located next to a low-end motel facility that was shady as could be and most of this area of Kissimmee is way more run down than it used to be. I used to stay on 192 whenever I would be in town for paintball tournaments because the hotels were cheap (and arguably more run down than I probably remember them being as a teenager), but from now on I’ll be booking nicer places. The price was right though, it cost my teammate and I $272 total for three nights here. The pool is small and was in need of cleaning (it’s not enclosed so there is ample opportunity for bugs and dust/dirt to get tracked into it), but cool enough to be refreshing. The desk staff wasn’t the friendliest, but they weren’t rude either. The luggage carts they provide were terrible; I’m pretty sure one of them had a flat tire and the rest were underinflated, plus the second cart I tried using fell apart on me when the rack came out of the deck of it where you place your bags… The pool towel rack was never filled (I saw two towels on there, two separate times during our three and a half day stay), none of the doors to the parking lot or pool areas had key card access (the signs were there, but the readers either didn’t work or the doors opened without even trying a room key), and the AC could have worked better. The rooms seemed clean and the beds were very comfortable though.I was kind of bummed because I had talked my teammate into staying here instead of a condo-style resort complex he had originally shown me, that was only an extra $20-30 a night over what the Comfort Inn cost us… Definitely wish we had gone that way for the extra room and much nicer facilities. If I end up back here, it will only be because every other hotel in the area is full with no vacancy.
