The Director of Campus Security is responsible for the protection of people, brand and property. They will lead a Campus Security team of 100+ associates, across 4 corporate campuses, 6 buildings, and international offices. They will supervise activities related to the physical security of all company-owned and operated Home Office and Distribution Center locations. Oversight will include collaborating with both internal and external customers; acting as liaison between external security partners, and ensuring clear communication and action is provided in incidents related to safety. Position reports to the Vice President of Asset Protection.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Asset Protection/Emergency Management/ Security related field

  • Preferred minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams

  • Established knowledge of crisis management protocols and procedures

  • Experience using Incident Reporting software

  • Ability to multi-task and work a flexible schedule. May be required to work weekends and holidays

  • Interview/interrogation skills required

  • Ability to build rapport and foster relationships, works well within a team-oriented environment

  • Ability to resolve conflict and manage associate issues effectively

  • Proficient with technology/computer related skills (e.g.: Microsoft office programs)

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • Preferred certificates include: Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Physical Security Profession (PSP)
